I have to take a little time out from my asia obsession posts to share with you one of my favortie things to do in Auckland- eat. I often pop up on my days off to visit friends and cafe stalk. The vegan options are growing and there seems to be a new spot to visit each time. This time it was a sweet little spot called Freds on the corner of Ponsonby and Franklin road
